Well, I’ve made it through the first month almost. We’ll see how things go from here.

I’m still adjusting to my new status in many respects; tomorrow is my third appointment with the therapist/counselor person. I’ve been semi-faithfully keeping up with the offline handwritten journal to show her how different aspects communicate with each other, we’ll see what her suggestions are for finding balance.
